A little about ME
Hi, I'm Carlie, and I'm so glad you're here.
I didn't set out to become an Awakening Doula. Like most profound callings, it found me through my own unraveling, my own rebirth, and the sacred privilege of witnessing and supporting others as they navigated theirs.
As a nervous-system-trained and compassion-focused Counselling Psychologist, I discovered that supporting people through the journey of individuation—that beautiful process of becoming whole—is what lights me up most. From the beginning of my career I knew I was connecting to something spiritual alongside the psychological, but to define it and understand it took some time.
The Akashic Records gave me the missing piece. They showed me how to access the soul-level information that lives beyond this lifetime, this body, and this particular story. I learned how to read and clear energetic patterns that psychology alone couldn't reach and, most importantly, to help people remember who they were before the world told them who to be.
This wasn't about abandoning my psychological training—it was about completing it. Psychology helps us understand the mind, befriend the body, and integrate our parts. The Akashic Records help us understand the soul, clear what's not ours, and remember our original blueprint and soul goal.
Together, they create something rare: a truly integrated approach of awakening to the Soul Self. This is what I offer here at Awakening Doula: a unique brand of Psycho-Spiritual therapy.
